“I've spent over a decade teaching people to letter, doodle, and make things they're proud of. Pen & Ink Collective is what happens when I stop just teaching lettering and start teaching creativity, in an envelope, once a month.”
This month is about migration - momentum, movement, not standing still. The dragonfly carries it, and your first lesson in line-work is how it takes shape on paper.
The Tutorial: A QR code inside doubles as your link to me. Scan it, and you'll find a short video walking you through exactly how the dragonfly was made, plus a free downloadable template so you can try it yourself.
Every month has a new hero piece and a new technique behind it. Some months you'll want to learn it. Some months you'll just want to keep it. Both are the right way to enjoy this.
Weekly Thursday Live: Join me live every Thursday on the Pen & Ink Collective Facebook group. On the 3rd Thursday of each month, we recreate that month's project together in real time, timed so your mail has a chance to arrive first. No experience needed, just show up with a pen.
The Downloadable Template: Every month's how-to video comes with a free printable template, so you can practice the technique as many times as you want, on your own time.

❋ THE GUARANTEE
Since your mail travels the old-fashioned way, it doesn't come with tracking, and that's part of the charm, not a flaw. Most mail arrives within a week to ten days of shipping.
If yours hasn't shown up after 10 business days, reach out. I'll make it right, whether that's a resend or a refund, case by case.
Cancel anytime. Cancel before the 10th of the month, and you won't be included in that month's shipment. Cancel after the 10th, and that month's mail is already in motion, so you'll still receive it, with no further charges after.
Your Questions, Answered…

Right now I'm only shipping within the US. International mail has gotten really unpredictable lately, customs, delays, and unexpected fees on your end, and I'd rather be honest with you than have your envelope show up late or with a surprise charge attached.
I'm building this thing right here at home first and doing it well before I expand. Once international shipping is something I can offer without those headaches, you'll be the first to know.
Thank you for your patience and for caring about this. It means the world.

Kits ship on or around the 25th of each month. Order by the 10th, and you're included in that cycle. Order after the 10th, and you'll roll into the following month's mailing instead. For example, order by September 10th, and your kit ships September 25th as the October edition.
Once it ships, plan on 5–10 business days to arrive. No tracking number, since it travels by standard mail, but I'll always confirm once it's out the door.
-
Not even a little. Some months you'll just enjoy what arrives. Other months you might want to try the technique yourself. There's no wrong way to be a member here.
-
Cancel anytime from your account. Cancel before the 10th, and you're out before that cycle's mail goes into production. Cancel after the 10th, and that month's mail is already on its way to you, so you'll still receive it, with no charges after.

You're getting a hand-designed physical kit, a video lesson, a free template, and a weekly live community, all for less than two coffees. But the honest answer is it's worth it if a monthly reason to slow down and make something is something you actually want. If it's not, this isn't the club for you, and that's okay.
-
You keep receiving a new themed kit every month, built around a new hero piece and a new technique. Founding members keep their locked-in $12 rate the whole time they stay subscribed. New members after September 30 join at the regular $14/month rate.

Absolutely yes! The option is available at checkout.
Founding member pricing closes September 30. Join now and your first box is the October debut. Wait past that date, and it's $14/month starting in October, with your first box arriving in November.

If you've read this far, you already know why you're here.
You're not looking for one more thing to keep up with. You're looking for permission to slow down, even just once a month, even just for ten minutes with a cup of something warm.
You prepared for this. You've been craving something real in your hands, something that didn't come from a screen. That instinct was right.
This is your monthly reminder that you're allowed to stop scrolling and start noticing. And whatever shows up in your mailbox, whether you keep it, gift it, or learn to make it yourself, it's yours to do with exactly as you please.
I've spent over ten years teaching people to letter. Somewhere along the way, I realized what people actually wanted wasn't just the skill. It was the connection.
Pen & Ink Collective is my attempt at both. Something beautiful in your hands, and if you want it, the knowledge of how it came to be, so you can pass it on to someone who needs it more than you do today.
I'm not precious about how you use what I send you. You'll receive it, then learn to make it, if you want. Then keep it, gift it, or make it your own. No pressure, no perfection.
I'd love to be part of your mailbox.
With ink stained hands,
