Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a web-friendly file format. As opposed to images or files like JPEGs or PNGs, SVGs (aka: vector files) store scalable graphics; from the very small web image to a billboard sized image without compromising quality of said design.

Upon completion of your digital file, Etsy will forward an email with a link to your digital file so you can save it to your computer. You can also find ANY & ALL digital files purchased on Etsy in your account under “purchases”. Those digital files will be available for download as long as you have an account through Etsy.

Go to your Etsy profile, select PURCHASES, select the download button next to your shop receipt & save it to your computer or tablet.

If your file is a compressed/zip file, you won’t be able to download it to your phone plus there will be files your phone won’t be able to open.

To open a compressed/zipped file: right-click & tap extract files.

SVG files usually have a google chrome or HTML icon.

Your purchase allows you the freedom to sell created merchandise using Her Hazel Eyes’ designs, but you cannot sell the image itself. All artwork is copywritten & is property of Her Hazel Eyes Studio
